PLEASE BEWARE of Vincent Patrick he goes around trying to obtain clients for his lead generation company. He will promise you that he has top leads and your guarantee to get some loans out of them. He is selling title leads in which anyone can get for free. You're being charged thousand of dollars for something you could have gotten free. The leads are being recycled constantly and he sells the same leads over and over. This man knows how to con people out of their money and won't come through with his promises. So many people have believed in him and thought this man is going to help you make money.

Vincent Derek Patrick is a good looking man, youthful in appearance with a wholesome, appealing personality. Believable, sincere, charming, and intelligent, with an alleged hidden offshore bank account.

Allegedly AKA, Derek Patrick, Patrick Vincent, D. Patrick, allegedly any combination you can imagine with allegedly multiple social security numbers.

It is alleged that you should button your wallet pocket and put your checkbook away.

Vincent Patrick is now scamming a business owner at 17532 Von Karman Avenue in Irvine California 92614. He shows up there a couple of time a week. Mostly on Thursdays and Fridays. He comes in at a hit or miss time frame because people are looking for him and he doesn't like to stay in one place long.

If anyone is looking for him or if any law enforcement agencies, federal trade commission, Attorney General, etc. is looking for him, now you have a place to find him. Let's get this guy out of society and into the legal system where he belongs. Good luck.
