I joined virtual casino this week, i got the $100.00 no deposit bonus code. I played the 3 reel slots and i have to say i really enjoyed myself. I managed to get it up to $500.00.

Well, saturday 04/30/2011 im playing the slot games, at the time i had  $428.46 in my account, so i decided to change games. when i looked back at my amount all i had was $99.55, i was shocked, so i went into my account info.

It had amount to spend $99.55, amount requested for withdrawl $328.91, i knew i did not request a withdrawl so i hit the live chat, it was taking so long, so i called the 1-866-968-7946 number.  This woman came on and i explained my circumstances to her, she was rude, nasty, and told me that they requested the withdrawl. i told her that i got the $100.00 no deposit bonus, and that if i met the requirements, why did they take $328.91 from me, instead of the $100.00 that was the no deposit.

Now, the live chat person comes on the line, the same time im speaking with the woman on the phone.  my total amount was $428.46, they took $328.91, which left $99.55. the man on the live chat told me that i was only intitled to the $99.55, and told me to cash it out, because thats all i was getting. these people mad me very upset, i told them they were cheaters, and that i would send out every blog i could to let people know about how the cheat people. i told them shame on them. i told the women that i hope she doesnot have a bless day and hung up.

i told the man ,(his name was tom) that i wish nothing but bad luck for the company. His last words to me were cash out the $99.55.  Today is sunday  05/01/2011, i cant get into my account at all.
i tried for money, im told invalid name or password.  I tried for fun, im told invalid name, or password
and they still have the $99.55 in my account, i didnt withdraw it, so now they have that also. i cant get in no way, money or fun., so now they have the $328.91 and the $99.55 in all $428.46.

where's the justice, they took the $100-no deposit, the money i won, and the money that was suppose to be left.
