vision security Rob harris ls owner and approves all does not pay on aggrements,charges double for housing or living arangments while on the road.fires honest hardworking sales people shortly before end of season so he wont have to pay the amounts held out of paychecks untillafter season he never pays it works about seven states per summer. 2014 texas Nationwide

This company will tell you anything you want as an employee or to come on board and signed with them to work for the summer but once you're out of your home state and thousands of miles away they totally change all that was said in agreementS that were made.

they hold money back out of your check every two weeks for accounts that may not pay or become bad accounts. This is a normal practice as that money is paid to you when the season is over and another 30 days has lapsed. The catch is you have to finish the entire season in order to get that money. Vision makes a habit taking very successful cruise in the numbers of 30 to 40 people per state did it work very hard for 4 months in the last month they will let 70 to 80 percent of those people go for many different reasons especially If you have done well and are owed thousands of dollars. An average rep will make around 50,000 during the season, yeah thats right and great reps make ove 100k. The top ten percent ive personally seen make over a quarter of a million. So you can imagine if 20 of that money is held back how much money can be owed. vision will come in one morning and say our expenses are runing to high and the team is not producing enough so we're going to cutanyone who doesn't achieve 5 accounts that week. You could be a wrap (Rep not wrap)it did 15 accounts the week before an average 10 accounts a week and just have a bad week but it gives them a reason to let you go and not finish the summerso all that money that's owed to you they don't have to pay. old as the world is many companies have been doing this for years and years and they get away with it because you agree to it in the beginning not realizing that once you sign on the dotted line can you go with them there's loopholes and they run the show. If they want to get rid of you they can for any reason.

they provide furnished housing for you n you pay for that weekly around 200 dollars it supposed to be reimbursed to you if you finish the summer what they don't tell you is that it doesn't get reimbursed if you don't me a certain quota in that quota can change depending on what corporate decides on a weekly basis.I watched approximately 40 to 60 of the crew be charged double and triple at times for the rent some would get it straightened out and some were just too busy working as we worked 13 to 14 hour days to be able to call in and get it straightened out and they would just wind up having to deal with the loss

even though they would keep you in this city in state that you started with until the end of the season they would come and take all the furniture from the wraps apartments if the team was not meeting enough of what Rob Harris wanted them to do. That's right they would come take the bed the couch the end tables everything most reps had to go buy air beds.of course they never mention that in the beginning and it wasn't even a matter of how much or how many accounts were being brought in at that time. If you had upset corporate then just come get your furniture make your life miserableespecially if they owed you money and want you to quit.

this is just what they did to the employees the people there supposed to be loyal to I heart that brings in the accounts for them what they did to the customers was even worse. I had one man did purchased a smoke detection unit and I made over 25 phone calls to corporate he made every 5 days to 3 days a phone call and it took them 4 months before they finally came to put it in but they charged him for that item the very day that he called in and ordered it and they would not return phone calls each time who'd be talking to a different person. 

overall I would say that vision is providing a service that people do you need its security and fire protection and Life Alert all combine the problem comes with the greed of the owner and some of the reps that don't want to install all of the equipment that is necessary to protect a home adequately. What this does is it makes the rep more money because the company takes more money from the rap on each account if the rep put in more equipment so it keeps the wraps from being honest should I say and putting in the right amount of equipment to cover the house, but this is nothing there any other company that does security does either they all operate in the same fashion

there are four to five major monitoring companies the do the monitoring so vision takes and they do some of their own monitoring but they sell most of their accounts to accompany this license in the area to monitor those accounts and this is what all of these security companies that go door-to-door do is they sell off their accounts and make money from the account it was sold by the Rep based on the payments that will come in over the next five years. The ethics of vision are very bad and they look too save money bye taking it from their reps that work very hard for them rather than have a good business ethic and work with the reps 2 help the customers understand more of what they need there's only a certain amount of time during the season that you can get accounts and they want as many as they can get during that time. So yes they don't get enough how to make corporate happy for the area and the amount of money they put out for expenditures then it just rolls downhill and the little guy that's a first deer rap or even second year rap never gets a chance I'm using my voice interface on my phone and it is spelling representative rap and won't allow me to correct it.

the biggest issue I had with vision was that they lied to the customer and would say that they give them a lifetime warranty on the equipment and problems they even have it printed in there booklet that it stands with a lifetime warranty but that is not true and so this was an issue that the rap could say comes with a lifetime warranty sure I'm in the booklet comes with a lifetime warranty but in reality it didn't and that's lying and that's wrong. Rob Harris seems like to make money but when the money's there and it's time to divvy it up amongst the people that helped him to earn it he gets greedy hey doesn't like to give out the shares that are earned buy those hard working people that went out at 110 degree weather and not the doors talk to the people and explain the accounts and did the hard work so he finds ways to not give them their money and you would be surprised and how many ways there is a scam from your own people and not pay them.

if a security guy knocks on your door and you don't already have a system you really should listen to what they have to say don't be afraid to ask questions and even if its vision that's all knocking on your door don't be afraid to do business with them just make sure that you get what you promised and make sure did you confirm everything that you're told by the representative because they do a phone call with corporate and at that point in time you have the ability to say no I was told it comes with a lifetime guarantee does it and I'll tell you yes or no most likely you won't be doing any business with vision if you follow that advice but if you're okay with what the rep says and you want security I do suggest no matter who it is its knocking on your door if you don't have it get it.
