Visionary Enterprises Charles Petty / Streetwise Publishing UK Refusal of refund Internet

Band Wagon Raiding Machine course supplied by Streetwise Publishing UK in August 2008, poor quality made it unusable. Told by Visionary Enterprises Helpline NOT to return, they would replace. Later told by VE (after expiry of guarantee) delay in replacing. I cancelled and received e-mail instructing me to return to Streetwise for full refund. Streetwise refused as out of guarantee, and sent a replacement, which I returned. Streetwise now say this was not a replacement, so no refund.

VE refuse to take any responsibility saying that Streetwise decide whether to refund or not. Having been able to listen to the second course, it is definitely not for me and it was returned within 30 days of receipt. Neither VE or Streetwise will accept that I complied with their instructions and although VE instructed me to return the course for a refund, it is not their problem!

Advertisement is very misleading, making everything sound so simple and easy, automatic set-up, no money required etc., but it is far from simple and certainly (in my view) is not suitable for someone in the UK to take up as it solely relies on property in the USA.

Streetwise have the course I returned, but have not refunded my money.
