Visionary Properties - Charles And Kim Petty Scammed me out of 6K,..Atlanta Georgia

I submitted a 6K private loan to CharlesPetty and his Visionary Properties. He claimed that he would pay me 18% interest every quarter for 2 years. When its time to pay up, its very hard to contact him. My first 2 payments have been a month late. This 3rd payment is also a month late and counting.

He will not communicate with me directly. All of his contact numbers are not working numbers. Many of his email addresses are invalid. If he comes forth and pays me my money, I will update this report and say that he paid. Something tells me I wont have to do that.

Please do not trust this guy, nor should you give him your hard earned money. He may talk to you (via email of course) initially just to get you to cooperate. However, he will disappear once he has the money.

This is not just me trying to badmouth him. I have spoken in great length to 2 of his former virtual assistants, and one of his former property acquisition coordinators. No coincidence that they are FORMER people who worked for him. They are "former" because he did not pay them. Just do your own google search (Charles Petty scam) and you will see tons of hits.
