I paid over $30 for "Rush" Shipping from VistaPrint and my order arrived 6 days later via DHL Ground. Not overnight, not second day...Ground. Shipping probably cost them $7.00 and they pocket the rest.

They never tell you the shipping method on the website -- only that they have a "Rush" service available -- which surprise, surprise takes the same amount of time as regular shipping and costs much, much more.

It's ridiculous to call something "Rush" service and then ship via ground. Why not call it "Ground Service with $20 Slapped on Top" because that's exactly what it was.

I'm never ordering from this company again.
