Vitalchek rip off, inconsiderate, liar, false advertisement, hang up phone, failure to honor what they state, not customer friendly Internet

i ordered my birth certificate thru vital chek. i paid a total of 64.00 and 28.00 of that was for express shipping. however, express shipping states that you should recieve your documents within 1-3 business days. hence still no document. i called customer service only for them to dispute what the company has listed on the internet. i am on a time line to recieve this document. this is false advertisement, because after they recieve your credit card payment then thats when your reciept states we can not guarantee when you will recieve your documents. hence, this is totally a rip off and this company needs a class action suite immediately.
