VITRALUM GLASS SOLUTIONS IS A BIG RIP OFF! They will delay and delay and delay in an effort to stress you out so much that you will pay an exorbitant amount above the original quote. Then when you finally agree, they will promise you that the shower glass will be installed within a week or two, but low and behold, OVER A MONTH LATER YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SHOWER - MARK MY WORDS, IF YOU HIRE THEM, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF! They will lie and delay until you finally give up and pay an exorbitant amount of money just to get rid of their lies and horrendous service. And after you pay, they will NEVER pick up your phone call again!

They changed the from $1,400 to $1,800 (this increase was justified because I changed the thickness of the glass) by then they UNjustifiably changed the amount to $1,950 for no reason. We negotiated and agreed on $1,900 but then weeks went by with absolutely no calls and no installation. I finally called them only to find out that the price was increased AGAIN to over $2,000. I strongly feel that they used a very low price to hook my business with a "bait and switch technique" and constantly changed the price to a higher and higher price because they thought I would be willing to pay any amount. They deliberately delayed in an effort to force me to become more and more desperate in an effort to cause enough distress that I would increase my agreement to OVER $2,000 when the original quote was only $1,400.
