¡AVISO!.....Estas compañías pertenecen a Joaquín Tous, Bárbara Espinoza, y Amanda Tous solían llamadas Vive CHILEviajes, CHILEviajes ltda., Tour&Travel EIRL, citytourtransfer, VIVECHILEtravel, TourTravel, Tour & Travel, y CHILEdestinos Ltda. han cambiadas su nombre tropecientas veces en tratar de estafar al público. Tienen los siguientes sitios en internet: chileviajes-ltda.cl y citytourtransfer.com. También tenían los siguientes sitios web: chiledestinos.cl, viajeachile.es, vivechiletravel.com. Compramos un paquete de viaje y mandamos el pago por transferencia bancaria porque no se acepta otros modos de pago. Recibimos un mail antes de empezar el viaje que tenía una crisis financiera y no se puede cumplir con sus obligaciones. Los mails y llamadas no fueron atendidos. He encontrado muchas denuncias en internet contra estas compañías y personas. Abajo es una denuncia ante el SERNATUR de Chile. Pagos por tarjeta de crédito son aceptados en todo de Chile. ¡Cuidado con sus engaños!

These companies belong to Joaquín Tous, Barbara Espinoza, and Amanda Tous used CHILEviajes called Vive, CHILEviajes ltda., Tour & Travel EIRL, citytourtransfer, VIVECHILEtravel, TourTravel, Tour & Travel, and CHILEdestinos Ltda. Have changed their name zillion times trying to defraud the public. They have the following internet sites: chileviajes-ltda.cl and citytourtransfer.com. They also had the following websites: chiledestinos.cl, viajeachile.es, vivechiletravel.com. We bought a travel package and send payment by bank transfer because other methods of payment is not accepted. We received an email before starting the trip that had a financial crisis and can not meet its obligations. Mails and calls were not heeded. I have found many internet complaints against these companies and individuals. Below is a complaint with the SERNATUR of Chile. Credit card payments are accepted in all of Chile. Beware his deceptions!

El Dr. Gamaliel Batalla, a parte de intentar difamar con lo comentado anteriormente, se dedica a usurpar fotos de familiares de la empresa y publicarlos en cuentas de Facekook y Twitter bajo el nombre de Chile viajes. Tiene varias cuentas abiertas en estos sitios simulando ser diferentes personas. No hagan caso a estos dos histéricos. A continuación publico una foto del sr. Gamaliel Batalla.

Estos dos señores están realizando acusaciones falsas y ocultando la verdad de los hechos.
Hicieron una reserva de hoteles en habitación doble twin como es habitual para personas del mismo genero si no indican lo contrario, para un programa en plena temporada alta, y dos días antes del inicio nos solicitaron cambios a habitación matrimonial. Al no haber disponibilidad en los hoteles por las fechas de alta demanda se les informó y su respuesta fue un enfado monumental y que se les devolviera la totalidad del dinero. Muchos servicios fueron pagados a las compañias sin opción de devolución. Ellos contrataron un seguro de viaje que incluia caso de anulación.
Por otra parte, incluyen en este sitio web a una menor de diez años y aseguran que la empresa tiene mala reputación. Todo lo contrario, lleva operando más de quince años y los testimonios en su sitio web son muy positivos.
En cuanto a la denuncia del Sernac, la unica recibida en estos quince años, fue desestimada.
Intentan desacreditar a la empresa mencionando cambios de titularidad y de dominios cuando siempre ha sido el mismo chileviajes-ltda.cl. En el sitio web podrán comprobar la profesionalidad del equipo y las opiniones de nuestros pasajeros.
Por último, estos dos señores se dedican a publicar fotos de familiares de la empresa sin ningún sentido.
