We had a monthly website maintenance contract with Vivek Saxena and Shanta McGahey of Dr. Natura/Alaven Healthcare. They created the contract and after agreeing to the terms all parties involved signed. The contract stated that Alaven Healthcare has to give us at least 30 days notice of contract termination. However, Vivek Saxena has only given us 7 days notice. Numerous emails and letters we sent to Mr. Saxena and Mrs. McGahey pointing out the contract terms and they owe us one last contract payment were left unanswered. Be aware when entering any contract with Alaven Healthcare and stay away from Vivek Saxena and Shanta McGahey.
