Vivian kaplan has paid her employees in full, including Doug Brantley, the physical therapist assistant.  Restitution was paid in full and this case is closed.  Furthermore, the content of this original report has provided false information, such as accusations of ripping off employees in Miami, voluntarily closing the business and knowledge of IRS bank levies.  The truth is an IRS bank levy is only discovered once the bank accounts have been drained of funds, not before.  

Actually, the original report was authored by Douglas Branley's wife, a dog groomer in Royal Palm Beach, Florida.  Mr Brantley shared medical information about his wife experiencing cognitive problems and severe headaches.  She was evaluated medically and her medical provider prescribed a series of diagnostic testing to rule out brain cancer.   To date, her diagnosis is unknown.

Tammy Brantley aka Jane Doe rpb, Florida  has nothing on her mind other than hate.  I have been her target for Hating Jews, being beautiful, slender and intelligent.  Apparantly, she has not heard from her mind for a very long time.  Vivian Kaplan's business can be investigated because it is public knowledge.   There never was a business in Miami, so her allogation(s) are incorrect.  As for me being a piece of s**t, I deny that.  Tammy should seek psychological help.  In addition, her Jewish clientel should be cautious when doing business with her dog grooming shop in Royal Palm Beach; because she is Anti-semitic.

Reflecting on your responses, it is noted that you seemingly have psychopathic issues.  Get professional help!  Furthermore, your accusations are hearsay and if you can't prove this person is into sodomy, crime and other horrific accusations, beware if she files a law suit.   Not withstanding, you apparantly have been stalking her.  You know and publicize her employment, residence, one time arrest and predict her future.  You need to worry more about the back lash this may cause you, then pecking on the key board like a cornered animal.  Are you scared?  You realize your behavior is "out of control"  and pathological.   You obviously are obsessed with her for some reason.  Get over it, she probably doesn't give you or your compadres nearly as much thouught.    My recommedation for you is to get over it and get a life.

This is one fine lady, who has endured troubled times.  Vivian is a victim and has held her head high and plowed through the maladies of white collar criminals.  She has a track record of exemplary leadership and patient outcomes while managing Elite Home Health. Her professional license is clear and has been for the past thirty years.

Vivian is a credible woman and those who know her agree.  The exception, are liars, cheats and thieves;  the Andy Schott's and Douglas Brantley's et al,  ripped her off with surgical precision.  These men targeted Vivian while vulnerable during her tumultuous divorce. 

The negative characterazations were authored by uneducated morans, lacking in social grace, and are still slithering among our general population pointing their fingers.  If anyone bothered to take a real look at these creeps, you would find them and notice the evil within.

While employed with All For One November 2008-April 2009, Vivian witnessed seven (7) complaint surveys in less than six months.  This may be verified through AHCA, home care unit compaint survey.

AND they can also complain to your licensing agency since physical therapists are usually licensed in almost every state I know about AND THEY CAN GET YOUR LICENSE REVOKED! Especially if you are found GUILTY!

You should have thought about that before you tried to dodge your responsibility to PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES WHAT YOU OWE THEM!

It seems to me and is quite obvious, whether Doug and Tammy knew there was a risk or not, Vivian surely knows money is due for services rendered. IRS or not, instead of trying for even a second to put blame on anyone but herself is wrong. This is not an argument over who is right and wrong....we all know Vivian clearly owes the money and should be taking this opportunity to make an agreement to somehow pay it back whether it is $20 a month or one large payment. There is no argument here. That is it....be responsible and pay your debts. I presonally would have avoided calling law enforcement which would have been MUCH much worse on Vivian, but since Tammy and Doug seemed to have taken the "correct" approach, Vivian should be grateful she dealt with some self control. She has NO IDEA what vindictive REALLY CAN BE.

I am shocked that the two of you Douglas Bradley and Tammy Bradley, are so vindictive. Yes, your check NSF due to an IRS levy. An IRS levy is not predictable and most unfortunate for all concerned. This was a struggling business and Douglas Bradley was well informed that there were IRS issues prior going to contract. A risk he was willing to take.

Douglas be a man, own and stand up to your decisions. No, instead Douglas and Tammy Bradley filed charges with the Palm Beach Count States Attorney, obtained a warrent for my arrest and had me arrested. Nasty as this was it didn't end here.

Tammy Bradley posted my arrest blotter on Ripoffreprot.com and authored threats to me. If this isn't heinous enough, Tammy and Douglas Bradley faxed a copy of my arrest blodder to my employer. Tammy Bradley scribbled lies on the arrest blodder. She impersonated to be a former patient of mine, outraged and demanding that I never come to his/her house. This fax was sent to Vivian Kaplan's employer, now ex employer. My ex employer received the fax from a phone number located in wellington, Florida listed to a party named Reed. Investigations are in progress to determine if Douglas and Tammy Bradley have broken the law and if they are considered honerable citizens. I appeal to the public to cast your opinion.

3. Would you do business with Doug Bradley, Physical Therapist Assistant.

4. Would you feel comfortable in allowing Doug Bradley him in your home?

It's funny to see the same woman who wrote a ripoff report against a former lawyer she used (who is at the current moment getting what was coming to him) FINALLY be reported by someone who had enough balls to do it! Even funnier was to learn that she became irate when she found out a report was filed against her. Ahhhh yes, KARMA! As someone with insider information, I can attest to what "Tammy" wrote. I too am owed money from the agency Ms. Kaplan shut down - with one day notice to the employees I might add (not that we didn't see the signs before it actually happened). For someone who took on a lot of responsibility and did much more than was even asked of her, I would think that asking for some resolution to money that is owed to your loyal ex-employees wouldn't be so outrageous. However, the ONLY response that has ever been given was "the company is broke". There was no, "I am so sorry, I will try to pay you as soon as I can" or "can I pay you something every month maybe"..... NOTHING! Not to mention that W2s were not sent out (and post marked) until after Februrary 15th! It's not right! And as much as I hate to say this or put ANYONE in the same category - you are not all that different from our friend sweetheart! You might not have done things to the extreme as Mr. S. did, but you have succeeded in treating your employees the same way! It's sad, and that is all I can say. I can only blame myself for being so trusting, yet again!



PS - and don't try to threaten that you will file suit against me for "bashing" or "dragging your name through the mud". I have not said anything that isn't true and have not called you any names (outright) - those I will keep to myself!
