Vivid Seats High price tickets, abnormal fees, Poor delivery service. I'm currently trying to sell my overpriced tickets, however, I will not be able to until I have the tickets delivered. Delivery date is 13 days prior to the event. Nearly Impossible! vividseats.com vivdseats.com

In 2012 I purchasede tickets for the 2012 USGP at the Circuit of the Americas. Vividseats told me that they would have a booth at the entrance of the race. Not true. I had to miss the First Practice on Friday because there was no booth and I had to get a cab back to downtown in order to pick them up. After the mess, they promissed a bg discount towards this year's event. Given that I woul;d have a discount, I purchased again from them. This time I bought two. The tickets were supposed to be here a month ago which did not happen. Because of the situation with the championship being won already, I tried to cancel or sell my tickets. I tried using the sell service of vividseats only to find out that I am required to have the tickets. How convenient VIVIDSESATS! My tickets will be delivered, hopefully, on the second of November. The race weekend starts on the 15 of November, which makes it nearly impossible to make a deal because I will need to ship the actual tickets. If they get here on the 2nd! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT MISS YOUR EVENT! DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM VIVID SEATS! NEVER! EVER! I spent close to $1700 and have no guarantee at allllll! Shame!

This morning, I received a phone call from a very kind and attentive Customer Service Specialist from Vivdseats. My issue has come to their attention and they have promised help me with my order. They have promised to refund, immediately, their fees until we conclude the transaction. I would like to thank Emily for her awesome work ethics and Ripoff Report for being a remarkable company.
