my 3 month old vizio smart tv stopped working.. best buy would not take it back because the three month retun policy had passed by less than a week... we were referred back to vizio..they promised replacement.. almost a month and no replacement only tales of misplaced or unable to locate my replacement.... also they want to replace it, not with a new tv but something called RECERTIFIED... runaround excuses and empty promises everything but my tv
