I ordered two vhs tapes for my mother for Christmas in November of 2005, yes 2005. I paid for both and received only one of them with a hand written not on the packing list that the other was on backorder.
I've filled out and submitted their "tickets" several times including three times in November of this year to try and find out what was going on and have never heard back from these people!!! There is no phone number or alternate way of getting ahold of them. When trying to reference back to that ticket number on their website, it tells me that either my email or ticket number is wrong!
I want either my money back or the movie I ordered. Lousy business practices to say the least, so anyone looking to order from this company - Beware!!!!
