WHAT a rip off!    I can't even BEGIN to tell you just how PISSED off I am about Vonage!   


Several weeks ago I was PROMISED a REFUND of my 2 year renewal free of some $323, which NEVER took place!


That charge is STILL on my Discover, DESPITE promises that this amount would be refunded within a few days.

Vonage No way to cancel service. Won't take cancellation by email or chat. When you phone in, they run you around and around (1 hour and 22 minutes!) and finally hang up on you!)
