I have been having a problem with this company every since I signed up in March and you keep illegally taking monies out of my account.
1. Signed Up
2. Vonage was to send me equipment by which to use Vonage for phone service. *** This equipment DID NOT arrive; even thought DHL states that they delivered it to my physical address (734 Jackson Road, Newtonville, NJ 08346). I DID NOT RECEIVE!
3. Have called several times, attempting to resolve and CANCEL my account and thought that I had cancelled the account. The Vonage customer reps promised to investigate and place order to REFUND my monies.
To date( 5/11/2006), all Vonage has done for me is:
* Continue to take monies illegally out of my account!
* Not refund my monies - to date the amount due me is now $ 275.91 (see spreadsheet below).
* Place me "On Hold" and never come back on the line. So far today, I have been on hold for 28 Minutes :25 seconds with no supervisor coming on.
At this point, I have no option but to report this activity to Consumer Affairs in my State, Attorney General of NJ and anyone else I can, so that other people do not get harmed by Vonage.

I would like am immediate response to my correspondence. I certainly get nowhere by phone. I am still "on hold: on my phone call - now 33 min. 07 sec. and not one person has come back on the phone to assist me.
i am now hanging up since I am not going to get any assistance on my problem, AGAIN!!!!!
