Vonage ,Vonage are Crooks 24 month agreement rip-off Customer Service SUCKS - BEWARE!!!! Phoenix Internet

I was trying to cancel my services with Vonage and they slapped me with $120.00 bill $39.95 is for cancellation fee and $70.00 for the recovery fee because they said I have a 2 year agreement with them.

When I asked where does it say in the Termes of Service they said it is implied...

What a bunch of thiefs. United States is under attack of these foreign country businesses who is trying to rip off our hrd earned dollars.

The service representative was rude, she was mocking me and when I asked to talk to her supervisor she said there are none.. (probably located in India?!?!?!) disconnected my services and hunged up on me.

Spent over an hour on the phone with another rep, same thing No supervisor, nobody to talk to...

Stay away from Vonage - It's a big rip off
