Vontage liars, thieves, workers not understanding English, very rude and disrespectful---don't ever use them International Nationwide

vontage disconnected my service from previous telephone company after three business days during the holidays---knowing that i didn't have high speed internet connection and telling me that i will have 10 business days to connect the high speed internet---- and that i will have no interruption in telephone service----i ended up with no phone service for my older mother living alone---also the high speed internet company told me that they will be not able to connect service till i have my telephone service connected again and vontage can't do it obviously since they need high speed internet to function---when i contacted vontage they couldn't understand!!!!! what i was talking about---HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!!!! to talk to them---i cried !!!!!also i wasted around 2 hrs of my cell time and run out of minutes!!!----and they disconnected my service before i could call my previous telephone company to take me back----even i made that phone call immediately after finishing talking to vontage--and even worse!!!---it turned out that vontage refused to give my phone number back which i had for around 20 yrs and it was an intangible asset for me----i contacted already Illinois Commerce Commision to help me to get my number back---and will be filling the lawsuit against vontage---looking right now for the lawyer to take the case---i just can't believe---that a company can treat a costumer lik a piece of....----i cried---i was hopeless when talking to them-----the matter is still not over---still don't have phone service and my number back---i was told that it will take till middle of January to restore the service and i don't know if i will ever get my number back---- and also what kind of bill vontage will send-PLEASE DON'T BE ANOTHER VICTIM OF VONTAGE!!
