Wachovia allowed me to purchase money consideralby over my limit resulting in overdraft charges ultimately in excess of the overdraft amount. Yes, I was not diligient in knowing my balance and financially abused an empty account. However, I was unaware of the balance and ultimately paid a price for greater than my original purchase.

AUTHOR: Happy 5/3 Bank Customer - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, May 07, 2009

This is NOT a ripoff...

You ADMITTED to overdrafting.

You signed the Agreement which gives specifics on OD fees, and transaction posting order.

All this should not be a suprise to you!!!

Pay the bank their money.
