Wachovia allowed me to purchase money consideralby over my limit resulting in overdraft charges ultimately in excess of the overdraft amount. Yes, I was not diligient in knowing my balance and financially abused an empty account. However, I was unaware of the balance and ultimately paid a price for greater than my original purchase.

Goldstein Davis Associates Michael I received a phone call from them today stating that they were trying to collect for a overdraft from Wachovia $304. That if I didn't take care of it today civil action through court in my county would notify me. They would put a freeze on any bank accounts,etc. When they called this is the#that popped up on my caller ID,9803372804. Virginia Beach Virginia
