I took my ford Topaz into the Wal Mart for a routine oil change. I waited at the store and looked around, when I came back they informed me that some how they had put 2 holes in the power steering pump. They sent my car to another auto repair shop for it to get fixed and it took almost 2 wks. I was out of a car and had to ride the bus, and they wouldn't help me get a rental or anything and they were the ones who messed up. Next time forget them.
