Oh, I wish I had found this site before ordering with wallpaperwholesaler.com! Please, spare yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from this unethical company and their fraudulent tactics.

When I ordered, they:
1. Charged me a hidden fee of $6.99, despite my direct inquiry, "Are there any other charges?" I was told there were no other charges. When I received my e-mail confirmation and realized I'd been charged $6.99, I immediately wrote an e-mail inquiring about the fee, but no one responded.

2. The wallpaper arrived in SINGLE rolls---not double---just as Catherine (see previous complaint) stated.

3. The wallpaper color was not as depicted online.

4. When I called to get return information, it was only then that I was informed of a 30% "restocking fee," despite returning UNOPENED wallpaper rolls.

5. I spoke with Jim, the customer service manager, who took my phone number and assured me the owner would call to discuss this situation. Never heard from anyone.

6. I just called again and spoke with Christina (in "customer service") who, in a very loud tone informed me, "We don't have time to tell our customers about the return restocking fee when they order." Lol! Then, when I requested to leave a voice mail for the owner, Christina hung up instead of connecting me to the voice mail!

7. There is no visible place on the wallpaperwholesaler.com site stating their return policy. You must scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on the finely printed "Terms and Conditions," then click on "Return Policy." If the return policy were clearly and visibly stated, sales would plummet (I certainly wouldn't have placed an order), which is probably why it's cloaked. Pretty shady, eh?

8. Spare yourself a lot of aggravation, cell minutes and wasted time by shopping elsewhere. Any ethical online business would have remedied this situation in a nanosecond. I wish to return UNOPENED wallpaper (well within the 30 day time period stipulated in the return policy) for a full refund (including the hidden $6.99), so why the run around? It's not as though I'm requesting shipping reimbursement for returning wallpaper that was not as depicted (color and size). I realize it's almost Halloween, but who knew blood suckers operated under the guise of selling wallpaper?
