My friend sent me a Walmart To Walmart wire in the amount of $45.00 I had the reference number. When I went to collect my money, a clerk told me she could not release my money because I had a Po Box on my acount. The other clerk, Beatriz told Synthia on the phone the funds were frozen.

Not Walmart Fault for following Federal Banking Laws

I am sorry about your situation,But it is Federal Banking Regulation that you have an actual street adress verifed by official mail recieved,lease ,electric bill ,ect.before they can turn over cash to you.

So while I do not like sticking up for Walmart. It is the Law/regulation that needs changing

I am in the Banking sector
