I purchased a PS3 controller off the shelf, that was looked up, and the controller was an old, used and broken.

I was not able to tell untill after i got home and opened the package.

When i tried to return the item they refused to exchange it or give me my money back.

 

Basically they Stole $58.26 from me.

Walmart I purchased a car battery with a three year free replacement and the battery went bad. I took it to Walmart for the replacement and they said they needed to do some tests which is acceptable prior to replacing.
