Just last night April 7, 2014 I was assaulted, restratined and held against my own will by a Wal-Mart manager. Only because i ripped up pictures of my daughter that he threatened to shred. He just automatically grabbed me and wrapped my arms behind my head using enough force to injure both my shoulders. I immediately told him to release me, which he didnt. He called loss prevention. ...they where stund to find out he had no reason to put his hands on me.

They kept asking him, "why is he being detained", and all he had to say was,"he ripped his pictures". Customers where yelling,"why are you putting your hands on that man???" We seen everything, he has done nothing to deserve that"!!!

I was humilliate, embarassed and in pain the whole 20 minutes i was being held for no reason. I kept asking them to please call the police so i can file a report. They refused and told me that i was not allowed back on the premises. I instantly called the police and filed a report.

Today i called the Wal-Mar where the incidence took place and spoke to a different manager who had no idea of what had happened in his store. He said there was no report of an incident of such. THEY TRIED TO COVER IT UP AS IF NOTHING EVER HAPPENED!!!!! I told him the store and he immediately notified his Superiors.

I am at the doctor now seeking medical attention due to brusig and pain from the incident.

I need legal assistance please help me i am hurt and embarrased that this happened to me. How can someone with such title as Manager react in such a violent way towards innocent customers??

I highly doubt that the situation unfolded exactly as YOU have posted. Odds are that YOU went into the store and HAD NOT paid for your pictures yet. Meaning that at that time YOU were destroying property that was not yours to destroy. Meaning that YOU were destroying property NOT yet paid for, which means YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN DETAINED!! Isnt it AMAZING how well you play the victim. See how just leaving out YOUR part of the situation makes them look like the bad guy. You have absolved yourself and made them out to be the bad guy. Maybe you should post the WHOLE story.

Your report is incomplete and lack of many detail from the start. Besides, it contains a lot of hearsay. Posting anything on a website could be used in court as well. I can see that you attempted to post something to help your case online. The detail does not make sense. I doubt that any judge will believe in what you said here.

You will need withnesses who were there seeing the incident. Then if you really think you can win the case, file a small claim court would be the best way to get your money back. Going through a lawyer will net you a lot less because the lawyer fees would take a whole chunk of money. By the way, this type of lawyer who sues for this type of cases are quite s...

When you make a report on this site you are subject to rebuttals and those who makes those rebut are not WalMart employees just individuals who want to know the truth. So what is the truth?? Not your story and good luck with you idiotic claim of being assaulted because not only is your story full of crap you have a problem dates because today is the 8th and there is no way you have picked up pictures just last nite the 7th.

The "last nite the 7th"  was no more than 2 hours ago and your report was posted way before that.  Legal help? Sounds like you just want a quick buck for nothing.

Sure it happened....

Sure this happened exactly like you said and you didn't leave anything out.  Yea, and I have a bridge in San Francisco for sale.

The way you write this piece of fiction you want us to believe that you were just minding your own business, and out of the blue you just decided to rip up a picture of your daughter after the manager somehow got the picuture and was threatning to shred it.   But as you tore it up the assistant manager just apparently out of the blue decided to put you into a headlock.

You can't even get the report right.   Your original reported stated this happened on April 7th.  Yet this report was posted at 6:42PM Pacific Time on 4/7.  Ummm..  You then state that you called "today" and they acted like anything happened.  Okay so perhaps you got the date wrong and you meant that this happened on the 6th.  Let me give you that one.  But then we have the little problem that you are now CURRENTLY in the doctors office...almost 24 hours after this event.  Where even though you are still in so much pain, you still had to post this report.

Nice try.

How about trying this again, and this time post the full story of what really happened.
