I purchased an ounce of purple tea to give to a friend but it never arrived. I was hoping to give it for christmas but after emailing and caling the company nobody has responded to me, this being weeks after the purchase. Big disappointment.

The tea arrived after a few weeks and a few emails. Supposedly the first shipment was lost by USPS so another was sent after I inquired. I suggest Wanja tea start shipping with tracking numbers so this kind of thing doesn't happen. Other than that it is a decent tea shop.
