Warranty activation HQ is such a ripoff company.I was told that I would have coverage on the phone when I first agreed on getting the "Choice" policy warranty in 90 days from the day I started on 2-06.I had my card sent to me in the mail that I was to use if I needed to take my truck to have service. I than had to take my truck to the dealer and it happened to be 90 days from the day that I started my warranty. The dealer tried calling the number on the card and it was a number that didn't work. It was a wrong number so you couldn't get a hold of the company to get the work done. I had to use the sales number that I had previously before and spoke to Jamie Holder that said the number changed. I knew then that something was up with Warranty Act. When I talked to Able who's the person who authorizes the policies, said it was denied because it was in 90 days and it couldn't be within 90 days, meaning it had to be 91 days. I told him the sales rep. Jamie Holder, who sold me my warranty on the phone told me I had coverage in 90 days from the day I started. My truck was at the dealer for 5 days waiting for approval and dealing with differant managers from warranty activation.I was so upset dealing with warranty act. and being lied to, I told them I wanted to cancel my policy. They kept having different people calling me to not cancel my warranty. First, they said it would take an hour and they would try to get this covered and than after no one called me back I called and said I want my money back and cancel my policy. Then they said they needed one more day and would have the answer for me. I kept telling them no. I want my money back and I want my policy cancel. The person I spoke to wouldn't give up. Now I'm trying to get my money back. They did cancel my policy but they still owe me close to $ 500.00. It was a nightmare to even get a hold of someone to talk to, and even then they would tell you that the person you're trying to get a hold of didn't come to work that day, when I talked with that person 1 hour before that same day I knew they were lying to me.
