I AM DEVASTATED! Being that my car is my only asset except for some plummeted mutual funds, I have been cut deeply with my recent discovery of the Warranty USA scam.

I was a college student student when Warranty USA (It disturbs me just to write USA in their fradulent company name) solicited me by phone.

After just getting back from East Lansing, a young lady with a persuasively sexy voice kept me contemplating this car warranty for about twenty minutes.

That night was my dad's birthday; that's why I was coming home on a weekday. I definitely did not have the money to purchase the warranty, but it was purchasable by credit card; therefore could be paid off in the future.

I thought that I was being smart and responsible by getting an extended warranty especially the way I drive. During the excessive time on the phone with the telephone agent, I even consulted my family whether or not to purchase the warranty.

The worst part about it somebody should have known that it was a con. The call came at about 7pm. Almost two years later, I am having major internal problems with my same car.

I know in my head that I have an extended warranty, so I am not worried. My dealership costs about eighty dollars just to check the car, so I figured I would call my warranty company to see if they would cover the check up too; they have a customer service number on the back of their membership cards.

When I called the number, I received a strange recording of 4-4, the number you dialed is invalid or blocked from your area code.

I thought maybe I dialed the wrong number so I tried the 800.441.6004 number again, and again, I received the same message.

At that point even I decieded something was wrong. I called the better business bureau, but they needed a specific location.

After that I made my way to the computer with a very unsavory anxious feeling inside. I proceeded to click my mouse prematurely up to the point when I found the Rip off web page for warranty USA.

Now, I am thinking what I could do with 1,300 dollars, and with present value included it would be about 1,500.
