The person who posted this comment is simply not telling the truth.  We never received payment from Qwipi the processor for the transactions mentioned.  Just a spoiled individual that wants their way.  I infact was incarcerated as stated and was freed by the supreme court of florida for false imprisonment.  Be that as it may Chris Clarke is simply a friend of mine who introduced us.  The writer of this report is a gentleman by the name of Fabian who runs a call center in Orlando.  He is simply a very sore loser.  If and only if the funds are released by Qwiipi shall we forward the monies involved to the rightful owner of those funds which is not the individual who wrote this report.  

Some people just need to write straight garbage about other people simply to try and extort money from others.

Warren Stang and his so called merchant processing.  Warren Stang ripped off my company for thousands of dollars and not mention he was supposed to supply leads to us when paid and took his sweet time and sent some bogus leads when he did send them.

Warren and his cohort Chris Clarke both told us they provided third party merchant processing, which they did, but never paid out on anything.  Yes he will run your deals and never pay you.  He will tell you about his hotel and club, but its all a bunch on bologna.

Warren spent 10 years in prison, that is why he is in Costa Rica.  The man is so full of it, I do not think he knows the truth from a lie.  And beware of his so called Panama Bank and so on.  Well he was dealt with with the deals he processed and they all got charged back.  Also Warren if you read this the Feds are out for you.  I filled out the Attorney General paperwork and was interviewed by an FBI agent.

Also Warren when you read this and want to respond with I have proof of texts and emails, well please go ahead and provide them, because all texts, Emails, And Skype are also kept because the FBI guys saw wverything.

Anyone else wanting to share information on this guy please respond back because the Feds would like to talk to you.

The person who posted a report against me and my Club is simply a liar.  They have never been involved in any business deals with me or my company and simply put are piseed off for a $500.00 debt for marijuana.  I am asking the Rip off people to investigate the complaint as there exists no evidence of any wrong doing on my behalf towards this person.  I will be happy to supply all texts and messages from the accuser to demonstrate their mal intent and using this platform as both acollection weapon and method of extorting funds.
