Water Dogs Watercraft Rental Bewere from jose Gurrero Waterdogs Criminal Person !!!!!!!!!!! Bullhead City, Arizona

Me and my friend wanted to rent 2 jet ski in Laughlin,Nevada,after several phone call we end up calling Waterdogs Watercraft Rental,That's was the biggest mistake of our life !!!!! he said I will cut u a deal 2 jet ski for $300 for 6 hours if u pay me cash so we said OK.
Then he said I need your Credit card for deposit if something will happened to my jet ski I HAVE insures and my deductible is $500,so we asked him maybe 5 time are u charging my card or only authorizing $500 ? he said only authorizing we said fine and he run it. we went and had fun out on the river when we came back "Joe" His Real name Is Jose Gurrero Inspect the jet ski and said its FINE,we ask for our the deposit back he said ok and then he had a portable Terminal in his hand.
First he run my friend credit and gave him a receipt for $500 that the money will be refunded from some reason it said APPROVE OFF LINE,then I gave him mine he run it for $500 but it wasn't a refund it was a charge AGAIN,he said it was a big mistake and run it again to give me $1000 back Again it APPROVE OFF LINE.Then we went to our hotel and a day after we wanted to rent again so we was looking for Joe at Waterdogs Watercraft Rental but with no luck,so we found a different place,they wanted $500 deposit again I gave them the same card but got decline,they told me call the credit card company to see why so I did,they told me I have $8000 charges from waterdog,I said right a way its a Fraud,cancel that and they will.we called Joe many time and after several hours a lady answered and said u damaged my ski I told her that Joe made a mistake and charge me $8000 she said its not a mistake and I will have to pay more cause we damage it.
we didn't damage nothing and Joe inspect it and "gave" us our deposit back,the guy is a crook we filed a complain against him with the local police department we are not the first one he did it to BEWARE DON'T RENT FROM HIM,my attorney (A Criminal Attorney) Is on the case as well.
