Waterworld Pools Very bad service, Do not return phone calls, Do not stand behing there work or product Hammonton, NJ New Jersey

 I would not suggest that anyone uses Waterworld Pools located in Hammonton, NJ. Let me start off by saying that as a business owner myself I understand the importance of keeping the customer happy and being there for the customer when they have any questions or issues.

In 2011, I had a pool installed in which they did an excellent job except for the fact that they "forgot" to include a LED light that I payed for in the spa which spills over into the 16x32 pool that I also purchased. After bringing it to Don Tallman's attention he immediately said that it's "no big deal" and that he will take care of it. I have been calling now for over 2 years and now I finally give up and am advising everyone of my problem! All of the people in the office know who I am because I have been calling to try to get this issue resolved and even they don't know what to tell me at this point.

At this point, I do not get any of my calls returned.

After making appointments for pool openings they do not show up at the scheduled time/date.

This year 2013, They showed up to open my pool after the scheduled date "Randomly" at 6pm and took the cover off and charged me $350.

Water is un-level from one side of the pool to the other / pool and spa is stained already. Spa is stained A LOT worse then the pool.

I am not normally the type to complain, but if I can save anyone else out there the headache and aggervation that I am going through, I would be more than happy to do so.
