Wawa Realty Manhattan, which is run by khaled salem (serial scammer) and his accomlace advertise an apartment for rent in New York city for very short stays on popular travel websites such as expedia and hotels.com

For 1 day of stay they take $400 dollars of security deposit and tell to wait 90 days for them to return it via western union. However, they never return the deposit. They run this scheme on foreign toursits because they wont go to police after 90 days.
