The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Matt Wolf during an onsite inspection held by a third-party verification company with no biases towards WCAP Financial Services.

WCAP Financial which stands for Wealth Creation Accumulation Preservation are ambassadors for small business owners. Matt Wolf stated the following about his company, "we are very familiar with the small business owners. Myself and other owners own several small companies and it is the lifeblood of America so we fight hard for them and our lead magnet if you will or what we try to attract people with initially is to help them with the funding for their business." He continued with methods that they use to assist small business owners, "that may be through helping them through a Small Business Administration Loan which is not easy to get approved for. There are several hoops you have to jump through. It can be a process of 4 months to potentially a year. A lot of it depends on when they are looking for financing. We also can help people with secured loans, equipment loans, unsecured lines of credit is one of the large marketing pieces that we currently use."

30-35% of leads for WCAP Financial are obtained through satisfied customers referrals. They additionally utilize recurring advertising efforts. Mr. Wolf proceeded to explain the sales and services process for potential clients, "initially when someone comes into us and it is not a referral, they are typically entering their information into the field to see if we can get them pre-approved for funding. We have got an algorithm that will let us know based on their past history, their credit report whether or not we can help them right away. And if not, we are providing them with other campaigns that may help them and if they are we are driving them to click to call or schedule an appointment to talk to us."


Mr. Wolf was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. He stated the following, "Yeah so typically if somebody is unhappy for whatever reason my belief is that the expectation going in was not set properly and if that is the case shame on us. If our reps did not do a good enough job explaining the process we have a contract that goes out and they have to sign a contract in front of a notary and we go over it verbally and then before we start the process we go over it again. And we actually do not charge a fee until after we deliver. And so if there is confusion it is almost always before we hit billing but it is somewhere in that process of the expectation of what they thought was going to happen wasn’t happening. And listen we really try hard in 2018 to try to be as close as we can to companies that we admire where the customer is always right. If we didn’t have that attitude or approach, we certainly could not hope to get any referral business. So we...if somebody is unhappy I guess maybe I should say this I pride myself on the fact that if somebody is unhappy I will talk to them like as the owner I will talk to them. You can come in and talk to me I will reach out to you and talk to them because this is not a one...we are not selling them one car and then they are it. Our hope is that after we help them acquire the funding that we can help them with other services whether it is marketing to drive new business for them or in items to help them save money in terms of making sure they are working with the right CPA."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Wolf expressed that they've only had one complaint against them and they resolved it as soon as possible. He additionally stated, "the fact that we don’t charge our fees until after we deliver kind of speaks for itself. I mean we have tried to set ourselves apart from that way where we don’t pay until we deliver. Through that process, we also have minimum guarantees in regard to the funding we are able to help people acquire. That and we are never the group that says you have to make a decision tonight matter of fact I tell people if somebody tells you that tell them sorry I am not going to work with you. You should always be able to have the time to be able to go back and read through it and analyze and look at reviews. We are very big on reviews."
