We Drive Carey Reason Few I called this designated driver service for a driver, i was told they would supply a driver for my car. I had been drinking and did not want to drive. This is what they advertise that they provide as a service. I was told that the driver would arrive at my location in 30 minutes. I waited an hour, and called back when they still had not arrived. 45 minutes later, they arrived and drove my car home with the parking break engaged. They charged me more than what I was quoted (flat rate $15), and then I had to pay $400 to repair the parking break. When I contacted the owner, who does not have a business licence (I later found out), she informed me that her company is not responsible for damages to my vehicle that her employee caused! Mrs. Few's rebuttal to my complaint is psychotic. First of all ma'am, your "partner" did drive my vehicle with the parking brake engaged. This caused extensive damage to my vehicle. I did attempt to contact you and was hung up on after you indicated that you were not responsible for the damage. You ma'am are the liar.
Do you realize that Rip Off Report sends an email to the complaintant when you, after an entire year, deside to respond? I had desided to drop the issue last year after considering to sue you in small claims court for the damages. But, I have reconsidered this option since you want to call your customers liars. I have a credit card receipt that proves your company drove my vehicle on this date. I have proof of the over-charge. I have proof of the damage and repair costs. Since you want to indicate that I am a liar, I will prove that you are the liar and will now take this matter to the courts.
I feel sorry for your driver Barb and I hope she is aware of the type of hypocritical and psychotic person you are. I have no idea or any interest in whom you beileve is jealous of your sucess, your rebuttal will only help my case because you have indicated that "the car drove slow." This is additional evidence of your involvement in this process that I had put behind me before you wanted to call me a liar. Hiring enexperienced drivers to work for your company is a big mistake on your part.
Your rebuttal does not make any since whatsoever. No one has indicated that the police were involved with this incident, but maybe they should have been. I absolutely will inform ALL of my friends and co-workers of this issue and I hope that you continue to be sucessful.

I am the owner of we drive and on that day I had no new customers and it was my partner and me. For one the car wouldn't go or very slow of that.Why wouldn't you tell the person to undo the emergency brake If that was true . I'm so sick of this person being so jelous of my success . that she has to lie . she doesn't look good at all in other people's eye. And the police are getting sick of her crap too. so watch out for her . Barb works for my driver.
