We nails . Owner Bryan . Chloe did my nails and charged me instead of $30 she charged $35 , and in one week , after poor job she charged me $5 more for fixing it.  Northridge California

This salon purposely overcharge customers without them notified. They try to perform unnecessary services so they can charge you more. For example the tech who did my nails almost cut my good thumb’s nail off in order to glue the tip on it because it’s more expensive even I said no to that - almost cut it off . Then she charged me $35 instead of $30 without notifying me about it. I also never got the receipt . It was my second time in this salon and first time they didn’t give me receipt as well . Only after using my gift card again I found out I was overcharged. It happened sand day . I called the salon and asks hiw much the actually charged me. I was told $35 because it was something extra to do. I be been doing same thing for years already and never was charged like that. I never got any disighns or anything they could charge me for . Even so , they had to let me know how much I was paying. Very rude owner, talking to customers like a getto , I was even scary to argue with him . His is very aggressive.
