Now he work for The Herrera Sindell Group without going trough foreclosure they need to sell the house in short sale pay rent option to buy a game sold to another investors The Herrera Sindell Group with 10% downpayment only to open a short sale need to pay $5,000 thousand garanty to continue in short sale really is a security packages to make money the sellers did not receive the proper paperwork ? SCAM After that they charge $50,000 after that you need to pay 6% plus $300 to the principal what a game?......

This guy Michael Rodriguez has been spamming Los Angeles Craigslist for years with multiple listings. Lately he posta "wanted" ads asking for full house furniture, boats, cars etc free. Here's an example of his latest postings:
"I need to fill a house with furniture, I will pick up, just call me. I'm avail all this week. I'm helping a friend who has no money fill his house with furniture. AND I WILL CONSIDER BOATS, CARS ETC WITH PINKS. I will travel to SFV/LA/SCV/ ANT

He is also unlicensed realtor/broker, posting in housing section of Craigslist with offers to show/rent rooms/houses in Palmdale/Lancaster area.
And yes, he is working for (or owns) fly-by-night real estate financial company:

My name is Michael Rodriguez, The Internet has been a great resource in referencing information on people and companies. Rip-Off Report is apart of that resource that is needed to keep the public informed. Unfortuneatly anyone can make a false or misleading report anonymously without any accountability and try to ruin ones reputation, as is the case here.
I have been in Sales all my life and only represented Services / Products that would benefit my customers and their families. In some cases I have been my "First Sale" on some financial services that I have represented.
In reference to this complaint, I have researched my customer data base and have never done business with anyone by the name of "Jean" in West Hills Ca. Nor have I ever been an employee of Herrera Sindell Group.
I am an AMERICAN, born in Encino CA, though ones Nationality/Citizenship should never be an issue. I have 3 Beautiful Children and "Yes" I unfortuneatly did recently go through a divorce, but these are private issues that i believe, you will agree with me, should remain just that. I am very fortunate to live in Santa Clarita and have been able to work from my home for many years, where many of my clients have visited me and we have conducted our business.
I am not in Bankruptcy, nor do i judge anyone who has or is currently going through a Divorce or Bankruptcy. FURTHERMORE, I AM NOT NOR HAVE I EVER CLAIMED TO BE A REALTOR/BROKER!
