I signed up for two web sites at their advertised monthly prices of aprox. $3.95 a month. I noticed after 30 days I recieved to charges, one for each site, $32.95, and $39.85. These charges were never disclosed. When I called they said my "introductory" rate had expired. I explained that I was never informed of these charges.

They asked me for my site passwords in order to refund me. The passwords for your web sites are stored in clear text and available to Web.com employees which is never disclosed. I requested the refunds on June 23rd. They told me my refunds would be credited in 5-7 business days. The first refund came the next day. After 12 business days I called to tell them the second refund never showed up. They said it took their finance department 5 days to receive it and their policy is 10 days from that.
