I hired Dangelo and Webxtiva media to redo a website and ecommerce site back in the beginning of March 2013. The original design process went well and he promised timely turn around. At about the 2 mth mark he made some excuse about the process of converting my shopping cart items to the new site was more time consuming. In mid July I began to complain about wanting my money back or a partial refund. Aside from the front page they have not showed me any of the other content pages that I had provided nor any shopping cart work. There are still typos on my main page. You can see the work at www.webxtivahosting.com/dogconnection/, at least for the time being anyway. "Dog Stories" I mean really and they can't even spell Kibble right?
I had also hired them to work on my husbands website and that is not completed either.
Combining both projects I spent almost $1800.
I was somewhat relieve to find another complaint on this site confirming what I already knew... I had been taken. For some reason I could not find any negative information about them before on the internet.
I have saved every communication going back to March. As of Dangelo last email on the Jul 22, he tried to call and that I'm a value customer. What I really want him to prove good faith is show me the rest of the work has been completed.

New link never sent. They are all promises, no delivery. In rebuttal promised new weblink and immediate action. It is 30 plus days later.

One other note to add, as I had explained the process of migrating the site over would take some time since the old programmer you used had many errors and it took a little more than expected but as of today it is complete and a new link will be sent as it was sent nearly 2 weeks ago. Again misunderstanding and communication but we will address your concerns and bring a successful conclusion to this.

Thank you for your concerns with our firm, our goal is the resolve any issue you have as quickly as possible. In regards to your post, as you stated we did reach out to you on July 22, 2013 to go over with you the site and concerns you had. We never got a returned call. On July 23, 2013 we also sent an email and still didn’t not hear back from you. Your site overall is complete. There might be a couple of misspelled words but since the site is not live those can be easily corrected. The link you are referring to is not the correct link for the completed work and I sent the corrected link. I will resend that link after I complete this post as the site is overall complete we just need your feedback and it can be done. Saying that you have been taken is not a true statement because we have done the work, and we were just awaiting a phone call back to go over. Your second site was completed as well but you asked us to stop to work on the first site which we did, but then we went back to the second site and completed it based off the information you had given. We have the proof that we were doing the work on this project as well. The site is also complete on our servers; it’s not fair to publish information that is not correct. Being taken would mean we never did any work and just got paid, that is not the case and we did reach out to you, without not getting a reply which you even stated that above in your post. We will send you the correct link today for both sites and go from there. Our goal is to resolve any issue you have in a timely manner, but communication works from both sides.
