Weight Watchers.com ripoff, enrolled online and can't get past the home page. Site is no good to me. I requested to have it stopped three times and they still charge me every month. Marion Ohio

I signed up for Weight Watchers e tools when I moved to the country and could not attend my weight watchers meetings. I had been on this one time before and liked it.

I could never get the site to let me in past the home page. So it was not any good to me. I notified them through the "contact me" on there site. but got no answer. When I realized that they were still charging my account I contacted them again the next month. Finally someone returned my email and said she would get back to me.

I still did not get any answer or hear back from the person so I emailed again. This time I got no response at all. I called my bank and they did a greivence but was imiadiatly told there was no association with the real Weight Watchers. They could not process the claim and I would need to close my debit account. The bank says I have to cut off my debit card to stop them. This is very inconvient and I still can't get my money back. I have been told Weight Watchers.com is not the reputable company Weight Watchers is. What a shame!

This is very wrong to treat people in this manner under such a well known buisness name. I have been out 5 months of $12.95.
