I feel for the people that has had problems w/ WFB THEY SUCK!!!! The last problem I had with them was they decided to hold my payroll check for "verification" and they set a funds release date I know that they are liars so I called customer service and they said repeadetly that the money would be in my account by 5/27.....So I sent out my bills. On 5/27 I called was there was no money in my account & they extended the funds release date to 6/5.

It was already overdrafted because 1 check had already bounced and we went to breakfast without knowing the money wasn't there. So far I was already $57 dollars in debt until they decided to charge me again for the same check and one more time for the overdraft. So after being over $100 in debt and don't worry it goes up I called customer service the first time I called I got hung up because the I told the rep she had a bad attitude, which they all do.

I called back and spoke with a supervisor they couldn't do anything of course, and it wasn't their fault that they decided to hold my check longer after numerous reps told me the money would be in my account. Thye have the right to do what ever they want and because my account was overdrafted before and it is now so they might hold it longer. I spent literally the whole day on the phone with these idiots and finally I told them they can't help with anything and I want to speak with the corporate office. After being transfered and waiting over a half hour I was ridiculed because my account was overdrawn because of them.

They ended up charging me over $250 dollars in overdraft fees and I still have to pay the retuned check fee to grocery store I hope I can still write checks to them but after talking to corporate they released the funds to my account without crediting me the fees that was their fault in the first place and basically saying they will never do this again and they have the right to hold my deposited checks for uo to 2 weeks before being released into my account. It sucks because I can't go to another bank because I have been reported to chex systems & I can't write a check anywhere or open a bank account somewhere else.
