Wesley Berry - Flower Delivery No flowers were delivered on Nov 11. Flowers were delivered Nov 13. Looks liek the picked them from a field XCommerce Twp Michigan

 I order flowers on Nov 11th in the am. They was suppose to deliver the flowers that day. They flowers were never delivered. I called at 3pm Nov 11th to see were the flowers were they told me they culd not be delivered on the 11th and that the woudl be deliverd first thing on the 12th and that they would upgrade he flowers free of charge.

The flowers did not arrive on the 12th. I call 11 times on Nov 12th to see where my flowers were. They keep saying they was on the truck to be delivered. I told them that previously the would be delivered first thing on the  12th. I told them that the place of business where my daughter works closes at 5pm. At 4:30 no flowers still so I called again and was told they was in route. Well I went there and waiting on the flowers and they never arrived. At 5:15pm no flowers so we left.

I have placed over 50 calls and emails and they only thing they send me is a $30.00 credit towards more flowers. Hell no I won't buy anything from them ever and neither will my family and friends. I have filed complaint with BBB also. My daughter called and said flowers were delivered on the 12th to the bldg next door, since hers was already closed. The were not upgraded flowers. Looks like the picked them out of a field.

I have tried calling and emailing several times today the 13th and no answer or no email back but another $40.00 credit toward more flowers. I don't know why they keep sending me credits cuz it will be a cold day in hell before we ever buy anothing frm Wesley Berry.

I will make sure that everyody knows about this company and will be posting everywhere about them. This compnay is a no no on Angie's List also.
