It's so nice to see that when you need a constant, the West Plains Mobile Home Park is there to not let you down! You can be rest assured that you will
A. Be slandered by the managers and their family.
B. Have black mold at least in one part of your house.
C. Will have to deal with the managers and family zipping around the trailer park on their four wheelers and doing broadies in the middle of the park.
D. Deal with (STILL) broken down trailers and repairs that need to be made. I mean come on, the trailer was new in the 70s. With such little upkeep they don't last 30 years.

Yes, sad to say that things have not changed here nor do I believe they ever will. With tenants that need a place to live and no where to go and no extra money for the retainer for the lawyer... well you get the picture. It's sad to see a landlord who buys himself new cars, boats, and other equipment can't repair his units and understand it's a business expense and can write that off. Oh, and as for the "repair worksheets" that are supposed to be in the managers "office." They could be there, but I still have my list of items that were to be fixed and that was around July of 08.

My advice is to never rent from or have family or friends rent from this trailer court. You and your business, and your family's business will be spread around the trailer court. And don't worry about if it's true or not, the whole "clan" that lives there will make up whatever they want.

Has anyone here ever heard the term "trailer park trash?' Well this is a prime example of said tailer park trash complaining about there own squalor that for unforseen reasons they ended up living in those conditions. Im sure the rent is very low for these reasons. It is probably skid row. If you want to change the conditions, get a job, earn some money, go across the railroad tracks and pay a security deposit for a dwelling that isnt sitting on four flat tires. If this trailer park spent money for upgrades, repaired broken down, leaky trailers, put in better lighting, made this a gated community, ran out all the crack heads and prostitutes, and enforced security issues, the rent would go up and you probably couldnt afford to live there anymore. So the solution is not for the environment to change around you, but for you to change the environment you are in. But, since you obviously dont want to get a job, or lose that bad drug habit of yours, then this is the perfect environment for you to live in. This keeps you out of my neighborhood and away from my kids. So in a way, this trailer park is a god send for the hard working, honest people of America.

Well this will be my last response to the trash talkin you want to do. First of all I am NOT the Assitant Manager in this park. Never have been. I used to work here 7 yrs ago as Manager. So please get it right.Second of all grow up and get a job ( if you have a job Im sure it is just Fantasic seeing how you moved to such a better place) or even a life if this is all you have to do is slander people... I've Lived In This Park For A Few Years And Since I've Lived Here All My Repairs Have Been Made When I followed The reqierments of the work order. If it was something I couldn't do my self. If you would read your lease some up keep is your responsibility. Just because you rent doesn't mean all repairs are the responsobillity of the landlord exspecially if you live like a pig. Apparently you never rented anywhere else before. You Seem to be quick to slander this park. I bet you would be the first in line to cry if this park did shut down. If You are so misserable in this park move and stop slandering this park exspecially if you are relatted to someone who has been evicted and think you are doing a favor for that person. Some of us are happy to live here and have no problems because we follow the rules to get things done if we need them. It's Probally safe to assume you are either in debt out your rear or your goverment check Isn't that much or you would have moved out by know if you were so unhappy. Just keep in mind there are over 20 families that live here and You are the only misserable one. While you sit at home keep in mind the maintenance person works A 40 plus hour a week job Outside of here to suport his family And does this When He Gets Home. Turn a work order in get work done. It's simple, Or do you expect the goverment to give you a check to do that. Like the national anthem says LAND OF THE FREE, feel free and move if you are so misserable. The rest of us are happy to be here and follow the rules and directions Set forth by the park. I don't work for the park I just live Here and stay to my self untill someone like you starts trouble That jepodizes my place to live.

Thank God I moved away Months ago. Same Old Dump. Forms In the office--What a joke. It Still takes months To get the work done if not the supplies to do repairs. That is if you are even home. You talk a good talk. Unfortuantly all you do is lie. Your family thinks they own the place so you treat the tenants like crap. You Yell Slow down or chase people down for speeding but your family can speed through and race around like you own the park. Really looks like the truth hurts your feelings. I Hope They Shut That Trash Park Down Soon.

My response to the person or persons would be to go fill out a work ordered. They do have them at the office...If they still live in the park well then it must not be that bad. You can respond directly to my email if you would like to discuss this further. From what I understand the gentleman that does the repairs is doing repairs everyday. EVEN TODAY! Besides the full time job he has everyday at another company. The man is 60 some yrs old give him some time to get to it or maybe better yet get off your butt and help him. I realize its not your job but there is such thing as being kind and helpful not cold hearted and hateful.I am not here to argue about what is and isnt done. Maybe you (they) could be the next in line to get repairs if the proper work orders are filled out. Or maybe you (they) are the ones getting repairs done now. I would think you had better things to do with your time then slander people. Maybe you (they) are also someone who just likes the drama that comes with talking trash about someone else. Be an adult and simply ask for a repair order to have the problem fixed instead of talking trash.

What would you say if this person or persons still live in the trailer park. No, things have not changed in the park and the items mentioned have yet to be fixed.

I am responding to your post about black mold. Well I have work in the stated Mobile Home park and I can honestly say that alot of the trailers in the park are the way they are due to Dumb a*s tenants not cleaning or reporting repairs right away or not at all. People in the park live in homes that are old BUT repairs are done as soon as reported. The owner will not let his information be givin to tenants due to the fact they are all a bunch of whinny a*s adults that call him to complain about the neighbors being to loud or a child doing something to there child or why they cant pay rent.. The tenants in the park would have you wipe thier a*s if you would. There is no black mold in the units and floors are not falling thru ceiling are not leaking. Come on EX TENANTS grow up and find something else to do with your time then slander other people. YOUR home is what YOU make it. You keep it clean and take care of it and you wont have any problems.. I asume you yourself lived in the Mobile Home Park and if so then you yourself are a bad parent for letting your child live in such horrible condition if that is what they are.. Good luck living where ever you live now cause you must have NOT paid your rent and that is why you are now a WHINNY a*s ADULT...
