This guy has been buying and foreclosed homes and laundering money by saying he put all kinds of money into repairing them and stealing peoples personal info and selling it on the dark web. I use to be friends with him until he started blackmailing me to do f*d up sh*. He’s flipped over 100 houses since 1999. He also puts cameras up in houses he sells and films people. He filmed me (((REDACTED))) and put it on the web. His real name is Denny Chubin but he went by the name Dakota Tyler now goes by Cody Tyler. He buys house cheap the puts a few grand into them and says he spent $20,000 to $$50,000 into them then offers buyers $20k to $60k back after closing. His current house in Wayne he offered me $200,000 cash back after closing if I would buy it for $1,000,000. (((REDACTED))). When I rented a house in Elgin from him he was dating a 19year old boy named Gary, that he left for a 17 year old boy named Paul who he is currently married to. He’s f*d up in the head and I’m sure if you research his real name he’s probably a convicted sex offender from California.

To whom ever may be concerned with this.
THe individual who filed this report against me and my company is a former friend named Tamia Jackson aka TJ Jackson, aka Tamia Dervisik and so on.
He has a history of lies and fraud and was convicted and served more then 5 years in prison for fraud. Please feel free to look him up Tamia Jackson from Roselle Illinois.
Unfortunatelly we had a falling out several months ago over his very unsual behavior and paranoid beliefs. He was upset I did not beleive he was a former government spy and the government wanted him dead. Truth is, that I along with his mother beleived and still do that he was on drugs that caused him to lose touch with reality.
He is not even allowed to visit his own daughter per a court order due to the courts and the childs mother who beleives he maybe be harmful.
There is to many wild accussations for me to discuss each one. If anyone is unsure, I encourage you to check up on myself and my company. You can start by contacting the City Of Elgin code department and find out how well we keep up on our properties. You can also speak wtih the Mayor of Elgin, as well as anyone at the Elgin Housing Authority as to our operation and practices.
We are far from perfect. I make mistakes all the time, both in business and in my personal life obviously. However, the blaten lies he stated are just that complete 100% lies Finally, if he was a client like he states, then how would he possibly think he knows so much about my personal life. He was never a client, and my current tenants will attest to the fact that I do not do business with friends or realatives.
Finally, if you are still not complete sure about us, then feel free to speak to any of our legit tenants. I know some will give a better review then others, but over all, we try to be fair with people, we work with people, and I think our tenants know that, and that is why we have such a high renewal rate.
