Westlake Financial they threaten you, are rude, poor costumer service and rip you off Los Angeles California

westlake financial felt that they had the right to call my friends on my contact list before they chose to contact me. when i did call them back the first lady that i talked to acted as though i was nothing. they asked for a payment which i had already planned to pay two payments in one. with todays economy i think everyone is having a hard time.

On top the way things already are my boyfriend is going into surgery next week and of course it was off the job there is no one helping us. when westlake called they asked to hear my side of the story so they coud "have a better understanding of the situation." well no offense but this rude lady didn't take my situation under any consideration. that was understandable due to the fact that its a business and everyone needs to be paid.

Though the part that i am confused about is if you want your money and i explain to you i will have it and was planning on having it 3 days later, why the hell would start threatening me that if i didn't have it in the next 30 minutes you were going to repo my vehicle. i was a week and half late.

there are people out there that are 6 months late and still haven't been threatened. so i called my mother and explained to her the situation and she was willing to call and make the payment for me. When my mother called they were overly rude to her and made her so upset she couldn't even make the payment. so i called them back to a rude a*s lady telling you now have 10 minutes. I just thought to myself you have to be kidding me. i have never heard of a group of people being so rude and threatening as these ones.

in the end that is ok cause now i am rid of that car and the aweful payments i made and to top it all they pissed off a lady that they shouldn't have. now the attorney general will have something to say to them. maybe they should have thought how they talk to people and they would have gotten their money. and to top it all off when i was calling to get rid of the vehicle they hung up on me twice, and were extremly rude again. unbelievable that is the kind of company you ahve to ask yourself and i know i will from now, are the legit?
