Wetransport4u Joseph Speranza Stole $4100 from us, by sending us a contract and kept us around for 2 months and now he has disappeared. Albany New York

This is a text of my correspondence with this loser:

Joe,

You have given nothing but the run-around for the $4100 as down payment for the transport that never happened due to various excuses including Pauley’s dad’s heart attack, broken trailer, broken radiator, broken water pump, torn hose, etc etc etc.

Then you said you would have to pay taxes if you were to draw the money out and had to be a cashier’s check, and you couldn’t send it certified because some lady that was going to mail it to us was too stupid to handle a certified mail.

Now 8 days later, we still do NOT have the cashier’s check, and I will be headed straight to the Beaverton City Police Department to file a theft and interstate wire fraud charges against you.

I have tried to give you the benefit of the doubt for the better part of two months, and you have done nothing but disappoint us.  I hope the $4100 is worth going to Federal prison for.  I’m not going to threaten you with “my attorney” bullshit like you have, but I guarantee you my friend, with every breath I have I will make pay for this.

You have NOT responded to any of my emails regarding this.  I have already talked with Albany PD and we are moving forward with that plan tomorrow morning.

No intentions if ripping you off I was just given a cancellation notice at exactly 14 hrs ago and instead  of charging you for lost time due to you delay in buying the boat and the marinas delay per text conversations stored I once again made the trip back to my house to gather my trailer and run to Florida to make up lost shipments,  

This letter along with your letter of threat is being forwarded to my attorney,  refunds are usually never given after two delays by customer but in this case I will because I myself had a delay that would if never happened if both yourself and marina stuck to contract dates

I am sorry we couldn't make our deal work.  I have been extremely patient while you work through the various problems with the accident and trailer, but I cannot leave my boat in NY any longer as I have started to incur storage charges.  I have another transport that will pickup the boat on Thursday. 

Please refund my deposit of $4,100 ($3,000 to you, $1,100 for your radar arch remover) back into my Wells Fargo account, with the following information:

There is no need to wire the money; just go to the bank and transfer from your account into mine please.  I have attached the cancelled contract.
