I purchased a vacation Club program based on the written guarantee from agent Sam Greeberg that they would buy out my previous Royal Holiday membership which I was not happy with. 6 months later I goy a letter from their associate Sumday Vacations that they could not honor the purchase of my prior membership. Ehen I tried to contact WhereMyDreams come true it was impossible to get any response. I have not been able to even talk to anyone to try to get my money back they are just a shell sales organization and UNREPUTABLE

Language is very clear.

Problem is even small claims court is expensive to file in a contract dispute around $400.00 and I can,t find a legitamate address for an on going business to collect from.

It all depends on what you claim it says in the contract and written guarantee. If they specifically use termonology like "we will" , you might have a chance to break the contract in small claims court. Again, the statements must be definitive and specific as to what they are guaranteeing. "We guarantee to work to..." is not specific and does not address the issue here. If you like, write back and quote that specific language verbatim.
