This company is ripping individuals off. They meet you anywhere and have you initial on a tablet while the employee verbally tells you about the contract. Told not to worry all documents will be sent via email. I was informed that the debt cancellation insurance is mandatory, I don't have a choice. After reading the other complaints I reviewed the Florida Statues governing auto title loan companies and seen it is illegal for a company to charge any insurance fee with the loan. I was lied to and have filed a complaint with the state of Florida. The other testimonies on here are 100% correct being I went through it all. will like to see a class action suit against this company and very deceiving practices!
