Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
i succombed to their scam. they called to say they would be in the area and my house does need cleaning so i agreed to a visit. they came late which should have been my first flag. when i agreed to have them clean my ducts i scheduled a date and wrote a deposit check. the cleaner failed to show up but did call to say he was running late and had a crazy excuse as to why he was running late. we rescheduled and now have a no show.
note to self, NEVER agree to telephone solicitation calls!
