I went to see a hot tub in Norwood from an ad I read in the classified section of the Boston Herald for $2400. The guy who answered the phone was very non specific about the hot tub, acted like he knew nothing about it and suggested I come see it.
I set an appointment, and met a guy named Nick (the same guy I spoke with) at a very shady warehouse. I should have known from the beginning what I was getting myself into, but somehow proceeded. When I went inside, the first thing he did was take me to a hot tub for $7100. He told me the MSRP was $15000, and it was the deal of a lifetime. When I asked to see the tub for $2400, he started laughing, walked me over to it, and started bashing it. He claimed it was poor quality, and I would regret ever buying it. Also, the cover was not included in the price, and it's an additional $300!
Long story short, I bought a different tub from him. I paid about $5000. When the tub was delivered, I had non stop problems with it (i.e. leaking issues, broken jets, ripped cover, cracked cabinet, broken pump. When I called him, he gave me a bogus service number in Colorado. They informed me that there are no service techs in Massachusetts, even though Nick assured me that there were. I called him several times, explaining the situation, but he refuses to call me back. I've stopped by, and he's never there. I have a broken hot tub in my yard, that I bought new a month ago, and he has my money, laughing all the way to the bank. How does someone get away with that? He has 5 or six different numbers in the paper I noticed, probably changing them constantly to avoid people that he's screwed over.

This guy "Chris" real name I believe is Kyle Slover. He has never bought a tub from me. I know this because the only service problem I have had so far on any of the tubs was that a jet was not working. I went to the person's house and turned the jet on (it was in the off position) There are several service technicians in the area feel free to call the service department:
