I wish I would have read reviews before I ordered from this company. They are notorious for ripping people off regarding refunds and any items that they did not have or that you don't receive. On 10/18/2010 I revived a purchase from them and when I checked it with the order (since there was no packing slip) I was missing one of the 6 items that I had purchased. I contacted them via online chat and was told to contact this address since there was nothing that the online person could help me with. I contacted after-sale@wholesale-dress.net and was this was the conversation that occurred:

I am not going to order anything else from you guys this is ridiculous the packages didn't even come with a packing slip so I don't know how your records can show that 6 pc where sent out if I don't even have proof that 6 pc where sent out. All I know is that I open my account and check each item with the one that I ordered and at the bottom of my order is the last piece of clothing and it wasn't in the bag. I shouldn't have to order anything to get what I paid for already. I would like to see the documentation that all 6 where sent out because like I stated previously I didn't get a packing slip (Which should have been an alarm to begin with) because you alway send the items with a packing slip. I am not making another order because I can't keep wasting money for things that don't either arrive or that are out of stock and so a credit is given which  doesn't even include the shipping so I have eaten already 50+ dollars because of mistakes done by you guys. I am not wasting anymore money I just want my item or thats another 10.00 for the item and 15.00 for the shipping. Also just because a piece of paper says that all 6 where sent out doesn't necessarily mean that all 6 got in the bag, people do make mistakes and I understand that but when there is a mistake it needs to be taken care of by the people who make it.

if your new order is above 200usd I will apply to sent you the missing one for free price.

Are you seriously? I PAID for 6 items and I am telling you that I did not receive all of my order that I paid for. This is really bad customer service I have order a lot of stuff from you guys and if this is the way that you repay your customers than I don't know if I can contmore money plus I have referred a lot of family and friends to you guys and they will no longer be shopping with you either. I paid you money for six items plus a lot for shipping and you guys are basically ripping me off. All I want is the item that I did not receive if I had it why would I ask for the same item? I really would like some help with this situation. I do not have a scale and neither does that packaging say anything so asking me to do that is ridiculous! I want some help!

Hi I received my order W2010101101822  on Monday 10/18/10 and there where only 5 of the 6 pc of clothing and shoes that I purchased. The item that I did not receive was X10093002-2 Loose Bat Sleeve Hooded Tops Light Grey. I contacted your support shown in attachment and they said to contact you. I really don't want a credit I just want the item that I paid for and the shipping for that item sent to me since this is not my mistake. I am not m that item I was going to give it as a gift. 


All I wanted was my item and they wouldn't even help me.
