Willie Clark scammed me too.  Since he ripped me off, I have heard from many others in the same situation. His method is to present high return investment opportunities.  Typically, he travels up and down the East Coast speaking at different groups.  Willie especially likes to target churches. He will also claim that he has made large returns on similar investments.  During the hooking process, he may refer to his Gold program or one of his major investors in Dubai.  Of course, he doesn't make any of his other "big investors" available for you to confirm his track record.

In my case, he presented a program that was supposed to pay out within 15 days.  That was back in September...

When I became more insistent on the status of my investment, he kept telling me he was sure it would pay out in another five days or next week.

Last month, I became fed up and demanded my principle back.  In my case, my principle was always supposed to be refundable since it was being pooled but not spent.  He tried to pass the responsibility for returning my money to someone else.

That person won't answer my calls and refuses to identify himself.

So far in my investigation, I haven't found anyone who has received a payout from one of his programs.

I have reported him to the authorities.

Do not give this man your money!!
